    Welcome to our chapter

St. George’s College Old Boys’ Association of the District of Columbia, Inc. (STGCOBADC) was established in the DC metropolitan area in 2017 to bring together and foster fellowship and camaraderie among all past students and their families; and to unite us in efforts to ensure that our alma mater, St. George’s College, a Jamaican Jesuit high school institution founded in 1850, continues to provide the rounded quality education we were privileged to receive, and in keeping with the school motto – “Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam – To The Greater Glory of God”.

STGCOBADC is a registered 501. (c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization with the United States Internal Revenue Service.

The Winchester Cup is a specialized competition as part of the St. Georges College Old Boys Association Inaugural Golf Tournament. The competition is open to all Jamaican Alumni. Each team must consist of four players that attended the same institution. The team with the lowest score will retain the Winchester Cup for one year.

    Gary St. Aubyn Robinson

    July 19, 1964 – April 12, 2023

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Gary St. Aubyn Robinson, age 58, who departed this life in Columbia, Maryland, USA, after a months-long battle with cancer. A graduate of the St. George’s College ‘Class of 1980’ and Director of Fundraising for the St. George’s College Old Boys Association District of Columbia Chapter, Gary was a loving husband to his wife, Michelle; a devoted father to his sons, Kieran and Aiden; a wonderful human being, and a great friend to all who knew him. We will miss his gentle demeanor and jovial nature.

Please visit the Harry H. Witzke’s Family Funeral Home online link provided below for all information regarding the viewing and funeral services:

As we reflect on his life and prepare to send him off into the loving arms of the Lord, please consider leaving notes of remembrance and condolences on Gary’s Tribute Wall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Sarcoma Foundation of America at www.curesarcoma.org

    Rest peacefully, Sir Gary.
